Cookie Policy

What we store on your device, why, and how you can change your mind.

Last updated: 26 August 2026

1. What cookies are

Cookies and similar technologies, such as browser local storage, are small files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow the site to function correctly and, in some cases, to measure how it is used.

2. How we use them

The Coverwolf website is deliberately light. Strictly necessary storage is always active and does not require consent under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations. In addition, we use Google Analytics to measure how the site is used; these optional analytics cookies are only set after you select “Accept all” in the consent banner. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.

3. Cookies we use

4. Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited, to understand how visitors find and use the site — for example page views, referring sources and general location at city level. The analytics script is only loaded once you accept optional cookies, and IP addresses are truncated by Google before processing. We do not use Google Analytics data for advertising or to identify individuals, and we do not enable Google Signals or ads personalisation.

Analytics data may be transferred outside the UK/EEA under Google’s standard contractual clauses. You can withdraw consent at any time using the control below, or install Google’s browser opt-out add-on. We do not currently use marketing or advertising technologies; if that changes, this policy will be updated first.

5. Managing your preferences

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the button below, or by clearing site data in your browser settings. Most browsers also let you block cookies entirely, though this may affect how parts of the site work.
