Last updated: 26 August 2026
1. Who we are
Coverwolf Limited (“Coverwolf”, “we”, “us”) is registered in England and Wales under company number 17339969, with registered office at 167-169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London, W1W 5PF. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. You can contact us at hello@coverwolf.com.
2. Personal data we collect
- Enquiry data: your name, email address, company, and the content of any message you send through our enquiry form or by email.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and device information, collected automatically by our hosting infrastructure in server logs for security and abuse prevention.
- Consent data: your cookie preference, stored locally in your browser.
We do not knowingly collect special category data and we do not collect personal data from children.
3. Why we use it, and our lawful basis
- To respond to your enquiry and correspond with you — legitimate interests (responding to a request you have made) or steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract.
- To protect the website from spam, fraud and abuse, including rate limiting form submissions — legitimate interests (network and information security).
- To meet legal, regulatory and record-keeping obligations — legal obligation.
- To place any non-essential cookies, should we introduce them — consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
4. Who we share it with
We share personal data only with service providers acting on our instructions, and with professional advisers, regulators or law enforcement where we are legally required to do so. Our providers include our website hosting and infrastructure provider, and Mailgun Technologies, which delivers enquiry emails from our website. We do not sell personal data.
5. International transfers
Enquiry emails are processed in the European Union. Where personal data is transferred outside the UK or EEA, we rely on adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. How long we keep it
Enquiry correspondence is retained for up to 24 months from our last contact with you, unless it forms part of a commercial relationship, in which case we keep it for the duration of that relationship plus seven years. Server logs are retained for a short period for security purposes.
7. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access your personal data, to have inaccurate data corrected, to request erasure or restriction, to object to processing based on legitimate interests, to data portability, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on it. To exercise any right, email hello@coverwolf.com. We will respond within one month.
You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk). We would appreciate the chance to address your concerns first.
8. Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls and supplier due diligence to protect personal data. No transmission over the internet is entirely secure, so please do not send sensitive information through the enquiry form.
9. Cookies
Details of the cookies and similar technologies we use are set out in our Cookie Policy.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
